A bus stop not far from the hotel. Room was large, bigger then in most Geneva hotels.

Great service in a clean, well-located hotel. Loved the comfortable bed and nice linens. The reading lamps were a nice touch for late-night reading. The hotel's location was perfect, allowing me to walk to most places I needed to go. The room was surprisingly quiet, so I got a good night's sleep. The shower was refreshing and had good water pressure. One of the best aspects was the fantastic customer service. They went above and beyond by sending a letter to my next destination when it didn't arrive during my stay. Their can-do attitude was truly appreciated.

The rooms were not very spacious, but it's expected in European hotels. The breakfast was a bit basic, although it did the job.

It was very conveniently situated, about 5 minutes walk from the main railway station-Geneve-Cornavin, and about 10 minutes walk from the lake.There are dozens of restaurants in the locality.The travel pass which is provided enables one to travel on trams, busesand trolley buses in the city. It can also be used on the lake on the yellow boats which are part of the public transport system, and it can also be used on the national railways(SBB) to take the train to the airport.Brilliant value.Breakfast was better than we had experienced on the previous few days of our holiday which had been in Italy and France. At least there was some hot food(scrambled eggs and bacon). and the orange juice was proper orange juice, and the coffee was not out of a machine.Excellent!!!

I must complain about the bed. It was a double room, but the 'double' bed was two singles pushed together. This is all very well if all you want to do is sleep, but, as a mature, but sexually active couple, we like to 'get together' before we go to sleep and we found that we were pushing the beds apart and falling into the gap. A double room should have a double bed. Two songles make it a twin, however they are positioned. Could also have done with extra pillows as we are used to sleeping on two, but there were only one each, and no spares.The area in the streets close to the hotel felt a wee bit dodgy, with lots of groups of younf men hanging around, and not native Swiss by the looks of them, although we had no problems.

This centrally located hotel is in the heart of the city, close to the main train station and just a short walk from the Old Town. the rooms are modern and clean, with stylish furnishings and comfortable beds. the staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. the breakfast buffet is plentiful and satisfying, offering a variety of options. the hotel offers complimentary amenities such as free tea and coffee throughout the day. it is a convenient and comfortable option for travelers.

One minor downside is the limited hanging space in the closet, which may be a challenge for those with larger amounts of clothing.

Great hotel. They let us in the room before check in time, which was a nice gesture. Laura in the reception is the best receptionist, very helpful and friendly.

This street is a red light disctrict, but further down from the hotel, so just be aware if you have any concerns(ex:family)

I did not like to stay at 6th floor (no elevator to go up from 5th to 6th floor); the room was not very comfortable; could not open refrigirator to put there my food

Friendly staff and modern amenities. the room was very clean and comfortable, with a bathroom that was impressive. the hotel offers a great breakfast and there's always coffee and water available, ideal to recharge when exploring the location. the hotel is situated in a convenient location near transport; one can get around the city easily.

The location is good, near the cheaper eating places in Geneva. However, it is located quite near the sleazy part of town. The hot breakfast is great and service was brilliant!

Very near to Geneva rail station and there are plenty of restaurants around the hotel. Good location for a trip to Geneva city using the rail station to arrive and depart.

This hotel offers excellent value for money, with competitive prices and a convenient location close to the major transportation hub. The staff are accommodating and the basic amenities, including the rooms with effective double glazing windows, are of good quality. Additionally, the breakfast provides a satisfying start to the day with a selection of basic food options.

Friendly receptionist - very understanding with my 7 and 9 year old boys after 6 hours on the train! Room was a great size and large elevator that catered to the three of us as well as 2 big suitcases. Great location; Close to train station - about a 7min walk with 2 heavy cases and a couple of blocks from the lake. Large choice of breakfast and nice breakfast servers.

There was a bar downstairs and the smoke wafted in the window through the night
